Start-up Company Expands Rapidly and Creates Jobs with RBS Invoice Finance Support
– Experienced business partners in the logistics industry start up their own logistical solutions company in Hounslow and are creating jobs locally
– Company expands at a rapid rate and required a working capital solution to support their growth
– RBS invoice finance provided a factoring facility with bad protection to help Ashbo Limited achieve their business aspirations
Ashbo Limited is a start-up company formed by two experienced sales managers in the logistics industry. The business was established in March 2014 and is witnessing impressive growth and job creation. RBS invoice finance provided a £100,000 factoring facility with bad debt protection to help the partnership grow and realise their business ambitions.
Business partners, Mr Jatinderpal Liddar and Mrs Asha Madhas boast a number of years working for a well-known logistics provider and decided to use their managerial and sales experience by starting up their own company in Hounslow. Ashbo Limited provide logistical solutions to their customer base via a strong working relationship with their suppliers, offering competitive terms to deliver goods without compromising their customer service. Ashbo’s offering has been so successful in securing new and long-standing customers that they required a flexible working capital solution to help them take on more customers and free up their cash-flow. Three jobs have been created to assist with the demand they are experiencing, comprising: admin roles and a driver with a recruitment plan in place to work in line with the company’s expansion.
Currently serving South West London, they are confident they will expand their geographical reach as they are showing positive signs of growth so far. Jamie O’Neill, business development manager at RBS invoice finance, was brought on board to discuss the options available and identify the company’s pressure points. Cash flow was an area that needed addressing to provide the company with the ability to confidently win new business. Jamie supported the company’s aspirations through a £100,000 factoring facility with bad debt protection and structured this in a timely manner. This facility is now working effectively and in line with Ashbo’s future plans to grow the business.
Jatinderpal Liddar, director at Ashbo Limited commented: “Both Asha and I have a number of years working for a reputable logistics provider and we are grateful we could transfer our sales and managerial skills to start-up Ashbo Limited. We have a lot of contacts in the industry and have always served these customers well in the past and grateful for their loyalty so far. The terms we offer are highly competitive and customer service is paramount to help us succeed. We are grateful to Jamie for advising and securing an invoice finance facility that works in line with building the business and helping us create jobs in the local area.”
Jamie O’Neill, business development manager at RBS invoice finance added, “Working with Jatinderpal and Asha has given me a real insight into their expert knowledge of the logistics industry and their passion to succeed. It is rewarding to see customers take advantage of the various invoice finance options available, giving them the flexibility in their cash flow to help them achieve their goals quicker. I wish them all the best as the company continues to market itself and expand.”
