Intertruck Group and TMD Friction have started collaboration with the Textar brand that will add value to both parties by enabling Intertruck to deliver all of the brand’s parts directly from stock.
“With our growing brand portfolio, our One-Stop-Shop position in the market is being strengthened and more and more manufacturers want to cooperate with us,” said Marcel van Eeuwen, CEO Intertruck Group. “And that is evident from the speed at which the Intertruck portfolio is growing. Less than a year ago, Intertruck Group added Bosch to the portfolio. The collaboration with TMD Friction fits perfectly into our growth strategy. The Textar products are a welcome addition to our A-branded product range.”
Intertruck’s One-Stop-Shop unique concept offers its customers more than 40,000 products, available directly from the stock. Since its establishment in 1963, the company has worked hard to build a powerful and complete portfolio that could offer customers a wide choice of products from well-known brands and for a variety of groups, including truck, trailer, bus and van. Due to an intensive cooperation with its suppliers, Intertruck has now access to more than 300,000 parts.
TMD Friction decided to add Intertruck as an official distributor of Textar as a strategic move. “At TMD Friction we continuously look at the developments within the market and felt that the new partnership would help to enhance the distribution channels and experience for our customers. The relationship with Intertruck Group was a natural progression and will help to increase the delivery of premium performing products to the marketplace. Intertruck Group has proven to be a reliable distributor for years with extensive knowledge and very broad coverage in the market. The cooperation with Intertruck is therefore a logical step for us.
