He brings a wealth of experience having served in a variety of executive and non-executive director roles and has proven experience in leadership, merchandising & branding, marketing, strategic planning, systems implementation and new product development across the globe.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Chuck for his valued service to the Company over the past five years and his significant contribution to the Board and the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Chuck’s experience, financial knowledge and business acumen have greatly benefitted the Company and on behalf of the Board I wish him well for the future.
