The small print

Every effort is made to ensure the directory contains up to date information but we are not responsible for any out of date information or information provided incorrectly. New listings are added all the time and we aim to get any new full listing online within 24-48 hours during normal working hours / days. In order for any listing to become live, clear payment is needed hence the speed and ease of telephone payment by card (yes, we even take AMEX).

Up to one amendment can be made to a listing within a 12 month period, after which a small fee will be applied to cover costs for further amendments. If we aren’t sent your listing details and logo/images after payment we will use your logo and details on your website to populate your listing to the best of our ability. When a listing is loaded on to go live it will be set to expire after 365 days after which you will have an option to renew for a further 12 months.

Once a listing is live no cancellations/refunds are accepted. To maintain integrity of the directory you accept all information provided to us is factual and correct, and that you have the authority to place a full listing. Basic listings cannot be amended but can be upgraded to a full or premium listing for a fee or if no longer required can be removed on request by proof of business ownership.
